The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, DY Chandrachud on Wednesday said that they will examine the plea challenging the Abrogation of Article 370 and will give a date.
CJI made the remarks after a plea challenging the Abrogation of Article 370 was mentioned before the Supreme Court today.“We will examine and give a date,” reports quoted CJI DY Chandrachud as saying.
