Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal on Monday chaired a meeting of the concerned officers to review the disposal of public grievances received on Revenue, Satark and INGRAM portals.
The Deputy Commissioner during the meeting reviewed department-wise disposal of grievances and obtained to-date status wherein the concerned officers briefed about grievances disposed of and pending with each Department.
Speaking at the meeting, the DC urged the officers to take necessary steps to ensure the prompt, efficient and effective resolution of the public issues in order to mitigate their sufferings.
The Deputy Commissioner impressed upon the officers to work with dedication and zeal for delivering public services in a smooth and transparent manner. He also directed the officers to ensure the time bound redressal of public grievances.
