Cyrus Broacha has expressed his inability to cope with the pressure of being inside the Bigg Boss OTT 2 house. He has pleaded with Bigg Boss and host Salman Khan to allow him to exit the ongoing reality show. However, Salman and Bigg Boss informed him that he cannot leave until the audience votes him out.
During Saturday’s episode, Salman Khan shared clips of Cyrus expressing his distress. Cyrus appealed to the camera, requesting to contact a person (whose name was muted), describing his situation as “horrible and terrible.” He complained about the lack of food and sleep in the house, stating that he only gets three hours of sleep.
Cyrus also confided in Bebika Dhurve, emphasizing the importance of his health and the need to leave quickly to reverse the negative effects. He described the environment as toxic and shared his feeling of being “formally depressed” due to the lack of response to his requests. Cyrus even mentioned the possibility of resigning if he is not evicted from the show.
In response to Cyrus’s claims, Bigg Boss addressed the entire house, emphasizing their commitment to honesty and transparency. They acknowledged Cyrus’s complaints but clarified that there is no provision in his or anyone else’s contract to allow them to leave within a specific time frame. The doctors overseeing Cyrus’s health did not advise any immediate action.
When Salman asked Cyrus to discuss his issues, Cyrus expressed his complete exhaustion and inability to handle the situation any longer. Salman then invited him to join in deep breathing exercises on the floor to help alleviate his stress.
Salman reminded Cyrus that the nation is enjoying his presence in the house, albeit to Cyrus’s disappointment. Cyrus, feeling physically drained, explained how his health had deteriorated, with his diabetes worsening. He pleaded with the show’s authorities to let him leave, as he no longer felt capable of contributing and felt like a lifeless soul.
Cyrus’s close friend, Kunal Vijayakar, appeared on stage and reassured him that the audience loves him, encouraging him to regain his cheerful and happy self. Salman urged Cyrus to listen to Kunal’s advice, emphasizing that the entire nation is watching him for just a few more weeks. He explained that it would be unfair to remove Cyrus from the show without doing the same for other contestants.
Salman further emphasized that Cyrus had signed a contract, and allowing him to leave prematurely would violate the terms of that contract. He clarified that the show does not operate according to personal whims and fancies, but based on the agreed-upon terms.
Earlier in the episode, when Pooja Bhatt explained why she nominated Cyrus, Salman assured Cyrus that he would discuss the situation with him separately and provide an honest assessment of how he is being perceived on OTT, cautioning him about the potential repercussions.
