Poonch, March 1: In a bid to assess the functioning of healthcare services, Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Poonch, Dr. Parvaiz Ahmed Khan, on Saturday conducted a surprise inspection at Raja Sukhdev District Hospital, Poonch.

Accompanied by Medical Superintendent Dr. Nusrat Nisa Bhatti, the CMO reviewed multiple sections of the hospital, including the operation theatre, labour room, gynecology ward, postoperative wards, SNCU, laboratory, OPD, ATF, emergency, pediatric ward, medicine ward, orthopedic ward, surgery ward, ultrasound, CT scan, dialysis unit, blood bank, dental, eye, and AYUSH sections.

During his visit, Dr. Khan interacted with doctors, paramedical staff, and patients, emphasizing the need for efficient healthcare services.
