A team of 13th Bn NDRF on friday conducted a Mock drill on Earthquakes and Landslides at sports stadium Doda, as a part of its 3-day awareness program.
A team of the National Disaster Response Force is in District Doda for the past 3 days to conduct a familiarization exercise of rescue operations at various places in the District.
The team of NDRF gave a demonstration on the rescue operation in case of a natural disaster like Earthquake.
The equipment available with the NDRF team was displayed at sports stadium Doda during the mock exercise.
Earlier a table top mock drill was observed at DC office Doda where The Deputy Commissioner & Senior Superintendent of Police conducted inspection of the equipment available with NDRF team. The NDRF team leader gave details and briefings about the equipment available with the team of NDRF.
