Australia, well and truly, have their noses ahead in their World Test Championship (WTC) final against India on Saturday, June 10 at the Kennington Oval in London.
At Stumps on Day 3, Pat Cummins and Co. were leading by 296 runs with six wickets left in their second innings. Although Ravindra Jadeja dismissed both Steve Smith and Travis Head in quick succession, the Aussies are in a commanding position with two days left in the game.
Jadeja was the pick of the bowlers for India on Day 3 after he finished with figures of 9-3-25-2. Going into Day 4, India needs to get the remaining six Australian wickets at the earliest.
The first three days of the WTC final didn’t witness any rain whatsoever, although conditions were a tad overcast on Day 1. The sun was out for most part of the days and there haven’t been any interruptions thus far.
