In a tragic accident in Sabarkantha district, Gujarat, at least seven people lost their lives, and one person is critically injured after a speeding car collided with a truck early Wednesday morning. The incident occurred around 6 am near a cooperative mill in Himmat Nagar, where the car, carrying eight passengers returning to Ahmedabad from Shamlaji, crashed into the rear end of a stationary truck on a national highway.
The impact of the collision was so severe that the car was completely crushed, necessitating the use of a cutter by the fire department to retrieve the deceased. This unfortunate event follows another deadly incident in July, where six individuals were killed, and over six others were injured when a speeding truck hit a stationary bus on the Ahmedabad-Vadodara Expressway near Anand town.
