Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh, Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Earth Sciences and Minister of State in the Prime Minister’s Office, chaired the District Development Coordination & Monitoring Committee (DISHA) meeting in Doda to evaluate the implementation of various Centrally Sponsored Schemes (CSS).
The meeting, held at the Conference Hall of the DC Office Complex, was attended by MLA Doda West Shakti Raj Parihar, MLA Bhaderwah Daleep Parihar, DDC Chairperson Dhananter Singh Kotwal, DDC members, Deputy Commissioner Doda Harvinder Singh, SSP Sandeep Kumar Mehta, and other senior officials.
Dr. Jitendra Singh emphasized the importance of timely implementation of developmental projects and called for enhanced coordination among departments to maximize public benefits. Key issues, progress reports, and challenges in the execution of CSS projects were thoroughly discussed during the session.
