Srinagar | April 5, 2025 :  As per sources the Jammu and Kashmir government’s Social Welfare Department has filed an affidavit in court, strongly defending the current reservation policy.The government has further urged the court to dismiss the writ petition challenging the policy, stating that it lacks merit and is not supported by substantial grounds.
