A double story shop at Pazalpora Bandipora in North Kashmir’s Bandipora district gutted on Saturday evening.

An official told that the shop belongs to Shop owner Rafeeq Ahmad Khan, a resident of Dardigund Peeributh Bandipora gutted in fire mishap and property worth lakhs of rupees got damaged in the fire mishap. He said that the cause of the fire was not know.

Meanwhile, the shopkeepers appealed to the district administration to provide compensation.

Authorities have investigated the cause of the fire official added.
