Anticipating a huge crowd of devotees, security has been tightened up at the cave shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi and its base camp Katra in Reasi here for nine-day long Navratri festival.
Tight security arrangements have been made and the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has increased vigilance in collaboration with J&K police in every nook and corner of Katra such as Ambica chowk, Bali post as well as the track that leads to the shrine.
