Low-intensity blast injured a man: A man residing in the Chatha area of Jammu sustained injuries due to a low-intensity explosion that occurred at his brother’s house, officials said today.
According to a police, preliminary investigations show that low-intensity explosive material was likely used for illicit animal hunting or trapping, which is why there was an explosion.
According to him, the tragedy happened when the explosive material inside the home, which was purportedly used for illegal wildlife hunting or trapping, exploded.
The wounded man was sent right away to a hospital to receive treatment.
According to SSP Jammu, a case has been filed in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, and an inquiry is being conducted to ascertain the entire extent of the occurrence.
