Sensational Snatching Case solved, weapon (Desi katta) and Motorcycle used in offence seized*
Akhnoor :Police in Akhnoor received one complaint on 19.09.2024 from Suresh Kumar
S/O Milkhi Ram R/O Sungal Akhnoor that three unknown persons snatched sale of wine shop Approx. Rs 150000/- and beaten his salesman by putting him fear of death using firearms. On this complaint a Case FIR No. *167/2024 U/S 126(2) /115(2)/307/3(5)BNS* has been registered in Police station Akhnoor and investigation started.
During investigation *Police party of P/S Akhnoor headed by SHO Akhnoor* under the Close supervision of *SDPO Akhnoor* analysed CCTV Footage minutely & based on the information gathered from CCTV footage Police party did hectic efforts and with timely human intervention rounded up suspects .
During questioning suspects namely *(1)Amit Pawa @Sundi S/O Late Ashok Kumar R/O Gigrial Khour A/P Devipur Teh.Jourian (2) Ashok Singh @ Raja S/O Devi Singh R/O Danwal Tehsil Khour and (3) Vishal Sharma @Vishu S/O Vijay Kumar R/O Galwade Chak Tehsil Marh* confessed their involvement in above said case and on their disclosure recoveries including
1) *one Illegal firearm (Desi katta) used in offence*
2) *one Motorcycle Glamour bearing regn. No.JK02AV/9058*
3) *one wooden Lathi and*
4) *one Black Colour Bag were recovered*.
It is pertinent to mention that all the three accused are hardcore criminals and involved in a series of criminal cases with past history of many crimes committed.
