The General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the Srinagar-based 15 Corps, Lieutenant General Rajiv Ghai on Sunday said that the situation on borders was stable and all the steps are being taken by the concerned security agencies to keep the situation stable in Kashmir.
“Situation on borders is stable and to keep situation stable in Kashmir, all the security agencies will do their job meticulously,” Rajiv Ghai said.
He was speaking to media persons on the sidelines of a function organised to celebrate the Kargil Vijay diwas at General Bipin Rawat stadium Baramulla.
On the recent operation in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district wherein two top commanders of LeT outfit were killed, Rajiv Ghai said every successful operation was a progress for the security agencies.
