This year, Ganpati has returned home, and even Bollywood celebrities are ready to greet him. Numerous actors from the Hindi film industry were seen in various parts of Mumbai celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi on Tuesday. Among them were Kartik Aaryan, Richa Chadha, Varun Dhawan, Shamita Shetty, and others.
On Tuesday afternoon, Kartik paid a visit to the renowned Lalbaugcha Raja in Mumbai. He donned a red kurta and beige pants, offering prayers to Lord Ganesha. The priest applied a tilak on his forehead and bestowed blessings upon him. The star cast of the upcoming movie Fukrey 3, including Richa Chadha, Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma, and Manjot Singh, was also spotted at the pandal. Richa even encountered a cat outside the pandal and shared an affectionate moment with it.
Additional celebrities were observed at the Ganesh Chaturthi festivities hosted by Arpita Khan Sharma and Aayush Sharma. Varun Dhawan arrived wearing a purple kurta, accompanied by his wife Natasha Dalal in a lilac ensemble. Shamita Shetty was also seen in a white dress. Chunky Panday flashed a bright smile for the cameras.
A video captured Arpita Khan Sharma bringing Ganpati into her home alongside her mother Salma Khan and elder sister Alvira Agnihotri. Bharti Singh also joined the celebrations, ushering Ganesha in with lively dhol music and dance.
Actor Govinda marked Ganesh Chaturthi at his residence, posing for photographs with his wife Sunita, son Yashvardhan, and the actor-couple Rakul Preet Singh and Jackky Bhagnani.
Actor Neil Nitin Mukesh, along with his father, singer Nitin Mukesh, commemorated Ganesh Chaturthi with their family on Tuesday. Nitin Mukesh expressed to ANI, “This year’s celebration holds special significance as it is also the centenary year of my revered father, hence there is an overflow of joy in our hearts, and we eagerly await Ganpati all year long.”
Neil Nitin Mukesh emphasized the importance of this festival to him, stating, “We all eagerly anticipate these ten days because so many family members come to our house, along with numerous guests, friends, and relatives from all over the country and abroad. We all look forward to these ten days to gather at home and extend them a warm welcome.”
He further added, “Now, witnessing Nurvi celebrating this festival with such joy, I feel even more elated. We consider ourselves extremely fortunate. The entire Mukesh family is celebrating the thirtieth puja, and it is indeed a matter of great fortune.”
