Kulgam, Feb 09 : A youth died under mysterious circumstances in Ikhwan colony area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Sunday, police said.
Police sources told that a youth, a resident of Ikhwan Colony, was shifted to a DH Kulgam after he unconscious.
However, he was declared dead on arrival at the facility.
