A one-day workshop-cum-interactive session on ABDM, Health ID and training on Visual Inspection Cervix With Acetic Acid held today at Conference Hall Community Health Center, Sankoo, Kargil.
Those present included Dr Rabiya Banoo, National Program Nodal Officer NHM Ladakh, Dr Ashiq Hussain Goba Dental Surgeon and Nodal Officer of E-Hospital CHC Sankoo, Arif Hussain, Grievance Redressal Executive Ladakh, Namgyal Dorjey Data Analyst ABDM, Thinless Gylson HMIS Manager District Hospital Kargil, ITO Officer CHC Sankoo and other officials from ABDM. CHOs ANMs MMPHWs and Data Operators also took part in the event.
During the workshop, Arif Hussain Grievances Redressal Executive Ladakh in his presentation elaborated on Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission and Health.
He said that 2,97,113 unique health IDs (ABHA) have been created for UT Ladakh to date and overall 1,21,306 health records of patients and citizens are already linked with these ABHA IDs in Ladakh.
Training on Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid (VIA) and other Non-Communicable Diseases for Community Health Officers (CHOs) and ANMs was held at the CHC Sankoo.
During the training, Dr Rabiya Banoo, National Program Nodal Officer imparted training on Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid (VIA) and other NCDs to the participants. She further stated that these CHOs, ANMs will further screen the common masses in their respective places of posting.
The program concluded with vote of thanks presented by Dr Ashiq Hussain Goba, Nodal Officer of E-Hospital CHC Sankoo.
