A 50-year-old woman monk was found murdered with her throat slit in Mirzapur village of Pataudi area yesterday.

The police found her lying in a pool of blood in her hut, following which she was rushed to hospital, where doctors declared her dead.

An FIR has been registered against unidentified person under Sections 302 and 201 of the IPC.
