Intensity will pick up towards late afternoon.
For most places in Kashmir, the intensity will range between moderate and heavy. A few places (maximum possibility for south Kashmir parts) may only receive light rain/snow till evening.
Initially, it may rain in plains, which can later change to snow as temperatures start to come down.
