Urvashi Rautela Moves to Luxurious Residence in Juhu

Urvashi Rautela, the actress, has recently relocated to a new residence situated in Juhu, Mumbai. The house is said to be located next to the late filmmaker Yash Chopra’s property and is estimated to be valued at around ₹190 crore. The newly acquired residence is described as a luxurious four-storey bungalow, equipped with extravagant facilities.

According to a report on Live Mint, Urvashi Rautela’s new residence offers an extravagant garden, a personal gym, and a spacious backyard. Interestingly, her new house shares a wall with the renowned Chopra bungalow, previously owned by Yash Chopra’s late wife, Pamela Chopra, who passed away earlier this year.

It has been reported that Urvashi moved into her new home quietly approximately three months ago, without much publicity about her investment. However, the details regarding whether she purchased the property or rented it remain undisclosed. The name of her new bungalow is also being kept confidential.

Urvashi Rautela joins the league of Bollywood celebrities who reside in the Juhu area of Mumbai. During her seven to eight months of house-hunting, she expressed interest in a bungalow called Celest, located within the Lokhandwala Complex. However, she ultimately chose the Juhu property. Notable celebrities living in Juhu include Amitabh Bachchan in Jalsa, Kajol and Ajay Devgan in Shivshakti, John Abraham in Villa in the Sky, and Hrithik Roshan in Mannat Apartments. Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna also have their sea-facing bungalow in the same neighborhood, and Anil Kapoor resides there as well.

Regarding her recent work, Urvashi Rautela made appearances at the 76th Cannes Film Festival and the IIFA Awards in Abu Dhabi. Her latest on-screen presence was in a special dance number, “Wild Saala,” from the Telugu film Agent. Urvashi gained popularity after winning the Miss Diva Universe 2015 title. She made her acting debut in 2013 with Singh Saab the Great and has appeared in films such as Sanam Re (2016), Great Grand Masti (2016), Hate Story 4 (2018), and Pagalpanti (2019). She has also ventured into Kannada films with Mr Airavata in 2014 and made her Tamil film debut in 2022 with The Legend.
