In a tragic road mishap, two persons sustained critical injuries in Nanak Chak area of Samba yesterday night.
According to the report, the accident happened when a car (HR26BR5553) on way to Jammu from Samba head on collided with a tractor coming from the opposite direction in Nanak Chak area of Samba, following which two men travelling in the car suffered grievous wounds.
After the incident, Additional SP Samba, Surinder Chaudhary reached at the scene with a police team and rescued the victims with the help of local people and rushed the victims to District Hospital Samba.
One of the man suffered wounds on his head and he was later referred to GMC, Jammu.
The Samba police has registered a case in this matter and an investigation was taken up.
