Two Rohingya girls were recovered from a residential house in the Khansahib area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
A police official told news agency Kashmir Scroll that police station Khansahib recovered two Rohingya girls identified as Hassna (17) daughter of Aziz-ul-Rehman and Rona Lela (21) daughter of Habib Khatoon from the house of Nazir Ahmad Bhat son of Mohd Sultan resident of Check-e-Shara Khansahib.
He said that the case was registered under FIR No. 79/2024 u/s 370 IPC in police station Khansaib and accused was arrested.
