Budgam Police Continuing their efforts to eradicate the menace of drugs from the society, Today they have a arrested 02 drug peddlers and recovered Psychotropic substance from their possession.
An official told that during Naka checking at Hatharan, the naka party intercepted one Scooty bearing registration No PB10G-1225 coming from Hakermulla towards Soibugh, The rider was carrying a polythene bag ,during the search of bag, poppy straw (Fukki) around 6 KG was recovered from his possession.
He said that the Scooty rider disclosed his name as Harjeet Singh Son of Swarn Singh Resident of Mayapur Ludhaina At Present Bemina Srinagar.
Case has been registered under relevant sections of law in this regard.
