Jammu, May 31: Two deaths were reported in Surankote, Poonch district, a young boy ended his life by hanging, while a 55-year-old man’s body was found in a water drum.
Officials told that 22-year-old Mohd Irfan son of Nazir Ahmad was found hanging at his home in Marhote More on Friday night; body shifted to SDH Surankote for medico-legal formalities.
In another incident, Dead body of 55-year-old Mohammad Shabir was found inside water drum at his house near Jarnawali Gali.
Meanwhile, police have registered cases in both incidents and launched an investigation.
