Thrilled J&K-ites in millions of numbers today have been awaiting the arrival of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s arrival at Maulana Azad stadium at Jammu’s city jewel area.

Thousands have said that they arrived at the spot yesterday night  and didn’t slept all night in excitement just to their dear PM Modi.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is set to visit Jammu today is coming to unveil various development projects totalling Rs 30,500 crore.

The security has been consolidated for the arrival of the PM around the MA stadium and a flood of masses is being witnessed coming to watch the PM.

“Modiji has done very good things  for J&K as earlier Kashmir used to be shut for six months and used to remain open for next six months. Since BJP came to power no curfew has been imposed there”, a local man told media at MA stadium.

“I belong to Pahari community and also represent them. We will say that he came as messiah for us & freed us from 75 years of slavery. The common  people are feeling that PM Modi has liberated us from slavery, exploitation”, a man belonging to Pahari community said.

“PM Modi understood our pain and gave our rights and he liberated us after  75 years of slavery. Our country was independent but the Paharis were not. He liberated us and we are feeling free now” he added.
