The forest department apprehended a leopard in Katra, Jammu

The forest department has caught a leopard in Katra, Jammu. A team of wildlife officials successfully captured the leopard on Saturday from ward no. 4 of the village in Katra.

The leopard was seized from the village situated along the trek to Mata Vaishno Devi Mandir in Katra, Jammu and Kashmir.

Katra is a town located in the Reasi district of the UT of Jammu and Kashmir, housing the revered Vaishno Devi shrine.
