A day after two persons were arrested by the Delhi Police Special Cell over suspicion of terror links and other crimes, the duo has been slapped with charges under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. On Friday, the accused were sent to a 14-day police remand by Delhi’s Patiala House Court.
The accused have been identified as Jagjit Singh alias Jagga (29), a resident of Udham Singh Nagar in Uttarakhand, and Naushad (56), a resident of Jahangirpuri in Delhi.
