The government of Punjab has announced an additional extension to the suspension of internet services in the state. The services will remain suspended until noon on March 21.
The suspension of internet services in Punjab began on March 18 after the police conducted a crackdown on Amritpal Singh and his supporters from ‘Waris Punjab De’. The services were initially suspended until noon on March 19.
Following the initial suspension of internet services in Punjab until noon on March 19, the government extended the suspension until noon on March 20.
