Several class 10 students on Tuesday  who recently passed private-annual exam of the session 2022-23 expressed resentment along with their parents outside JKBOSE office in Rehari area of Jammu city for not allowing them to take admission in 11th class.

Expressing anger, one of the girl students said, “We talked to school board officials to permit students to take admission in class 11, who have passed exams on 29 December because they couldn’t qualify it in 2022”.

“They are not admitting students and why they’re wasting two years of these aggrieved students”.

“We want JKBOSE to allow us to take admissions otherwise we will commit suicide in their name. All of us want to get admitted in schools this year”, another girl student said.

“We have visited JKBOSE office many times but they are apprising us that we will not allow students of 2022 batch to take admissions and will only allow 2023 batch”, a girl student added.
