25th January 2025 (Gulistan News Tv): Today Ssp Rakesh Balwal IPS a grand Tiranga bike rally was organized in Thoubal, with around 100 bikes participating to spread the spirit of patriotism and unity ahead of the 76th Republic Day celebrations

I appreciate the efforts of Thoubal Police for their excellent coordination and management in organizing this event successfully.
