The Bilal mosque in Srinagar has been hosting free Iftar dinner feasts and have been feeding 1,200 people every day of the holy month of Ramadan.
A local man has said that the mosque offers adequate facilities to perform ‘wuzoo’ and Namaz and hosts 1200 in one sitting.
“There is plenty of space in this mosque and it is situated in a significant place that’s why people prefer to come here to pray and to break fast”, a local man told reporters.
