The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC)-Congress coalition is currently heading for a clean sweep at the end of fifth round of vote counting in Srinagar, fresh trends showed Tuesday. The General Elections to Legislative Assembly of J-K which are being held after a gap of ten years, has been termed as the most important elections in the region after its special status was abrogated and the state reorganised into a Union Territory.
In the eight seats across Srinagar, JKNC is leading from seven even as their ally Congress is leading from one.
