Srinagar, May 2: A Court in Srinagar has dismissed a complaint alleging that the designer duo Shivan & Narresh, ELLE India’s Editor-in-Chief, and unnamed models, committed obscenity during a fashion show held at the famous ski resort of Gulmarg.
