The Srinagar city on Saturday welcomed fresh snowfall bidding adieu to dry spell.
Srinagarites are expressing relief after witnessing a long spell of dryness. However, the other parts of the valley have been receiving snowfall since last days of January.
The snow drought in the valley was also raising concerns of water scarcity for the summer season.
