Shab-e-Meraj holiday will now be observed on February 8 instead of February 7. An official statement issued here said, “In partial modification of Government Order No 1582-JK (GAD) of 2023 dated December 11, 2023, it is hereby ordered that the holiday on account of Shab-e-Meraj would now be observed on Thursday, February 8, 2024, instead of Wednesday, February 7, 2024, in Jammu and Kashmir.”
