HARD BLOW TO UKRAINE’S ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE

Vitaliy Klitschko, the mayor of Kyiv, said in his Telegram post that “70% of the capital still remains without electricity.” He also mentioned that he was not ruling out a worst-case scenario where the city has to survive without electricity, heat, or water. More than 40% of Ukraine’s energy facilities have been damaged by Russian missile strikes in recent weeks.
