Russian President Vladimir Putin reportedly soiled himself after he stumbled and fell off the stairs of his official residence in Moscow, fuelling rumours concerning his deteriorating health.
Vladimir Putin (70) was immediately helped up by his security guards, who rushed in when he fell, the New York Post reported.
