Official Liquidator, Attached to High Court of J&K & Ladakh, *Haamid Bukhari* takes the physical possession of the property of one company in Liquidation located at Pahalgam. This is a two decade old case in which Hon’ble High Court has ordered the winding up of the company in 2001, an official statement said. Official Liquidator with the help of District Administration Anantnag along with the Administrator appointed by the court in this case who is a retired District Judge took over the possession of the land in Pahalgam near Hutment area & directions were passed to all relevant authorities to ensure this liquidation process is smooth, the statement issued said. Tehsildar Pahalgam along the revenue team were present along on the spot during the process of demarcation and delineation. It is one of the significant and long pending cases in the Court where 100s of stakeholders have their money invested in this company in liquidation, it added.
