Retd. Professor Dr Farooq Aga has been nominated as the General Secretary of J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC).
Prof. Agha, a resident of Chandrigam area of Tral, was nominated as JKPCC’s General Secretary in an august gathering where the party’s senior leaders were also present.
Before joining the JKPCC’s party fold, Prof. Aga was also a part of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).
Besides having served in other roles, Prof Aga was also the Associate Director (I&P) SKUAST Kashmir as well.
