The Rent Assessment Committee meeting was held today at the Mini Conference Hall of the DC Office Complex in Udhampur. Chaired by Deputy Commissioner Krittika Jyotsna, the meeting focused on various aspects related to the fixation of rent for government offices across the district.
The Committee approved rent cases related to different government departments after detailed discussions. Following the settlement of cases, DC Jyotsna urged the concerned officers to expedite the remaining cases, emphasizing the need to settle pending rent assessment cases in a timely manner.
Along with the owners of the buildings, Additional Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Syed Khan, Assistant Commissioner Revenue Rafiq Ahmed Jaral and other officers attended the meeting.
