Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti have created “Made in Heaven 2,” the highly anticipated second season of the popular web series. The entire lead cast, including Sobhita Dhulipala, Arjun Mathur, Kalki Koechlin, Jim Sarbh, Shashank Arora, and Shivani Raghuvanshi, will be returning for the new season. The announcement was made with the release of a new poster on Instagram, where Zoya Akhtar mentioned that the weddings, drama, and chaos in the upcoming season will be even more extravagant than before.

“Made in Heaven” premiered in 2019 to critical acclaim, following the lives of two wedding planners, Karan (played by Arjun Mathur) and Tara (played by Sobhita Dhulipala), as they navigate through various challenges and experiences in the context of grand Indian weddings. Produced by Excel Media and Entertainment and Tiger Baby, the show has garnered attention for its exploration of complex relationships, personal struggles, and moral dilemmas.

In “Made in Heaven Season 2,” Sobhita, Arjun, Kalki Koechlin, Jim Sarbh, Shashank Arora, and Shivangi Rastogi will continue their roles as wedding planners, creating extravagant ceremonies.
