Surankote, 26 Feb 2025: As part of its community outreach initiative, the Jammu and Kashmir Police organized a series of awareness programmes across 24 villages under Police Station Surankote on Wednesday. These sessions aimed to educate the public about key provisions and reforms introduced in the New Criminal Laws (NCLs).

During these interactive sessions, police officers explained significant legal advancements, highlighting modern technological integration, enhanced investigation procedures, and streamlined legal processes.

The awareness drive was led by SDPO Surankote, Sh. Ajaz Choudhary, along with SHO Surankote, Sh. Sachinder Paul Singh, and a dedicated team of officers. The key topics covered included:
