Following a roundtable meeting in New York with prominent CEOs from global tech companies, Prime Minister Narendra Modi focused on the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) and urged these leaders to enhance their efforts to ensure AI benefits the people of India.
After the discussions, Google CEO Sundar Pichai highlighted the synergy between Google’s initiatives and India’s technological ambitions. He noted, “This aligns with the vision of Digital India. Prime Minister Modi encouraged us to further our design and manufacturing efforts in India, and we are proud to announce that our Pixel phones are now produced here.”
