Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday arrived at the NDMC convention centre in Delhi for the national executive meeting of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). PM Modi can be seen waving at people who had gathered outside the NDMC convention centre to take a glimpse of the prime minister. The BJP started its two-day national executive meeting soon after PM Modi’s roadshow. In the meeting, the saffron party will deliberate on strategy for assembly and general elections.
According to sources, the party leaders will also endorse an extension of tenure for party national president J P Nadda. Before the meeting, BJP organised a road show for PM Modi from Patel Chowk to the NDMC convention centre.
Apart from PM Modi, the national executive meeting is being attended by BJP president JP Nadda, several Union ministers and chief ministers of the party-ruled states will attend the meeting.
