Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer held a delegation-level meeting at the Federal Chancellery in Vienna, Austria. Earlier, he received a guard of honour before the talks.
The Prime Minister also signed the guestbook at the Federal Chancellery.
PM Modi arrived in Austria after wrapping up his hectic engagements in Russia and became the first Indian Prime Minister to visit the European nation after 41 years.
He was warmly received by Indian community members and Austrian government officials before he was treated to a rendition of ‘Vande Mataram’ sung by the Austrian choir led by Indian conductor, Vijay Upadhyay.
