Srinagar,April 14 : With the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Pahalgam Development Authority (PDA) lying vacant, illegal constructions are reportedly going on unabated in the picturesque tourist resort of Pahalgam, raising serious concerns over regulatory failure and official inaction.
