The third day of the monsoon session of Parliament is set to witness a significant debate on the Budget presented by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. Opposition MPs have planned to protest against the Budget on the Parliament stairs, labeling it as ‘discriminatory’ and claiming it neglects the states governed by opposition parties.
Additionally, a 12-member delegation of farmers union leaders, including Jagdeep Singh Dhalewal from Samyukt Kisan Morcha (non-political), is scheduled to meet with Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi in Parliament at around 11 am.
