Pakistan Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will lead the delegation that will attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) foreign ministers meeting to be held on May 4 and 5 in Goa, according to Pak’s Foreign Office.
This will be the first visit by a key Pakistani leader to India since former Pak Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif travelled to New Delhi for the inauguration of PM Modi in 2014.
