The Hon’ble Addl. District and Session Judge (Fast Track ) NIA court Doda while hearing the case under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act has framed the charges against accused persons involved in case FIR No. 14/2024 of PS Dessa.
While giving detail SSP Doda Sh Sandeep Mehta JKPS said that case FIR No. 14/2024 Under section 103 (1) 147,149 315 BNS , U/S 13,16,19 & 20 of UAPA was registered at PS Dessa on 16-07-2024 and investigation of the case was entrusted to Sh Ajay Anand DySP Hqrs Doda. The investigation was conducted in a very professional manner by the IO and during investigation found (1) Muneer Hussain S/O Gh Hassan R/O Malwas A/P Dabra Pranoo , (2) Tanveer Ahmed S/O Abdul Samad R/O Nilsoo Kulhand (3) Noor Alam S/O Sayad Wali R/O Baggar Tehsil Assar and (4) Kunj Lal S/O Tarlohu R/O Herani Tehsil Assar involved in the commission of crime. Accordingly challan of the case was produced in the Hon’ble Addl. District and Session Judge (Fast Track ) NIA court Doda for judicial determination . During trial, Hon’ble court found enough evidences to proceed further for trial in the instant case. Accordingly today on 05-06-2025, during trial the Hon’ble court has framed charges against above named accused who are presently in judicial custody.
