Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui discussed the contrast between romance in small towns and big cities. He expressed his belief that genuine romance is more likely to be found in small towns, where people are less judgmental compared to their urban counterparts. Furthermore, he highlighted that individuals from small towns tend to focus less on financial matters when it comes to matters of the heart.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui made this statement amidst the backdrop of his troubled relationship with his estranged wife, Aaliya Siddiqui. Over the past few months, he has been in the news frequently due to personal issues. Aaliya accused the actor’s mother of harassing her and asserted that Nawazuddin had “disowned” their children, Shora and Yani.

Speaking about genuine love stories, Nawazuddin Siddiqui expressed, “True romance only exists in small towns. What transpires as romance in big cities often involves compromise and adjustment. In small towns, people fearlessly pour their hearts out to one another as judgment is minimal. They fall in love without considering the other person’s financial status. Love and affection still thrive in small towns.”

When questioned if he would describe himself as a romantic person, Nawazuddin added, “It is wonderful to love, experience love, be in love, and spread love. Love holds great significance. I consider myself a deeply romantic individual. I have an affection for my films and many aspects of life. It is important to embrace romance to some extent in our lives. Unfortunately, it seems to be lacking in today’s world.”

Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s most recent release is “Jogira Sara Ra Ra,” which hit the screens on Friday. He shares the screen with Neha Sharma in this film. Unfortunately, according to a review by Hindustan Times, the movie was described as “another monotonous romantic comedy lacking any freshness, with humor that feels so stale that yawning seems more appealing.” However, the actor has a lineup of several upcoming films awaiting release, including “Tiku Weds Sheru,” “Noorani Chehra,” “Adbhut,” and “Haddi.”
